This multi-day workshop includes wellness education as well as team building through biking in the “Disneyland of Bikers” and is designed to use the bike as an illustration to understand and learn the skill of presence, awareness, choices, and balance in our daily decisions and circumstances and how they can contribute to overall wellness. Medical professionals can use this to obtain CME credit, but anyone medical or non-medical is welcome to attend. Dr. Tom Warren is a triple-boarded physician as well as avid cyclist/mountain biker and will be leading the workshops as well as the rides with the assistance of a private local guide.

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Examine the various aspects of wellness and how it is achieved.

  2. Illustrate how wellness can be applied to both professional and personal life.

  3. Determine the level of wellness in your life and identify potential areas for growth.
