Come join us for an excellent opportunity to bring your family or your favorite baseball loving colleague to a plush get away during spring training baseball season.  Share memories at the games while watching stars and future stars get ready for their MLB season.  The venue has plenty to keep families happy and entertained on the grounds with swimming, movies and a workout room.  Save money by bringing a friend and splitting the cost!

COST:

$1800 | King with ensuite  (sleeps 2) 
$2000 | 2 Queens with ensuite (upstairs) (sleeps 4)

$1500 | Queen (front bedroom) with full bath adjacent (sleeps 2) 
$2000 | King with “kids room-6 bunk beds” with full bath shared by these two rooms (sleeps 8)
$1000  | Partners that are attending event for CME/food but plan to share a room with you.

We focus on small groups to allow optimal self reflection and interaction. A minimum of 4 attendees will be required for this even to take place. If we do not meet the minimum 1 month prior to the event, it will be canceled.

Spring Training for Medical Professionals Wellness, Updates in Medical and Surgical Topics | March 8-11, 2023 | Orchid Estate | Phoenix, AZ
    • Lectures from top speakers included triple boarded general/vascular surgeon/psychiatrist on wellness

    • Complimentary monthly small group follow-up session for 6 months via Zoom

    • Facilitated small group discussions with physician and other health care professional colleagues

    • The opportunity for 21 hours CME AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ (combined 15 in person and 6 online).

    • A pre-conference welcome reception, daily breakfasts, snacks and lunch. We will coordinate with each participant for food allergies/preferences prior to the conference.

    • Morning exercise events, meditation sessions and programming

    • Wednesday supper upon arrival, breakfast and lunch Thursday and Friday, breakfast Saturday morning and snacks throughout the conference.

    • Venue has pool/hot tub, putting green, media room, work out room and full kitchen. Participates have full access to all of these. (adult supervision required for pool/hot tub use)

    • Accommodations are included in the cost of registration

    • Childcare is not included in the conference registration. This venue has a pool and all children will have to have adult supervision to utilize the pool. The conferences themselves will be for attendees only, but if bringing your family, they are free to use the venue facilities or explore the area and are definitely welcome

    • Alcoholic beverages and personal purchases and experiences.

    • Travel insurance

    • Travel expenses, including airfare, car rental or other transportation. Tickets to baseball games are not included.

  • 15 hrs in person, 6 hrs online in follow up

  • Cancellation policy:

    Warren Wellness MD, PLLC, reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances and if this occurs, the full registration fee minus $100 processing fee will be refunded. All other costs incurred to participant will not be the responsibility of Warren Wellness MD, PLLC. Lodging and airline have their separate cancellation policies and Warren Wellness MD, PLLC is not responsible for associated fees otherwise.

  • Once you submit your intent to participate, we will email you a confirmation. If/when we get 4 participates registered, you will then be sent a link to submit payment. We will assign you the room preference of your choice on a first come, first serve basis. If your first choice is not available, we will email with other options to allow you to accept or decline.

  • Family is encouraged to come! Baseball is America's sport and we want to help you have quality time with your family while you are taking care of yourself. There are a few room options that are specifically designed for a family with a shared bathroom.

  • No. Anyone from any stage of the medical career is welcome. Many conversations do lean on medical careers due to background of attendees, but the content is applicable to anyone and we welcome other non-medical professionals, spouses, etc.

  • Mainstream car rental is available at airport and would need to be coordinated by each participant.

  • You can expect the same fantastic programming, speakers, and community of supportive physicians. Speakers names and the subject of their presentations can be found in the schedule.

  • Conferences will be in the morning to allow for family and baseball time in the afternoon. We will cover wellness topics and have Medical/Surgical updates that are pertinent to the attendees.

  • Cactus league spring training games will be occurring at 9 different parks in the Phoenix area.

  • The intent to attend email needs to be placed no later than Feb 1, 2023.

We will continue to monitor conditions of COVID-19 and if it appears that any in person events are not safe to gather, we will reschedule the event and provide a credit to the future event.
